Richard Barnett
Director and Founder
Prior to founding MINT, Richard was head of Emerging Markets, Fixed Income & Credit Derivatives at Collins Stewart Tullett.  Prior to that, he was a director at Euro Brokers, managing a team of 55 people covering Emerging Markets and Fixed Income.

Timothy Bullman
Director and Founder
Prior to founding MINT, Tim held management positions at Euro Brokers and Cantor Fitzgerald and was head of Emerging Markets at ICAP. Tim was also Managing Director for Europe at Investor Select Advisors, a fund of hedge funds.

David Horsley
Finance Director
David joined MINT from Evolution Group PLC, which he joined as Group FC in 2001 becoming Chief Financial Officer in October 2007. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant from Price Waterhouse in 1996 and joined Goldman Sachs in 1997 within Equities Product Control. David then became a VP of product control and financial reporting within the International Equities division of DLJ. After a brief period as Business Controller for Cantor Index, David went on to join Evolution in 2001.

Tim Valmas 
Managing Director
Tim has over 15 years experience in the City and started his career at Goldman Sachs in equity derivatives.  Tim has also worked at Deutsche Bank where he was involved in key technology and operational change projects across UK investment banking.  More recently Tim was Chief Operating Officer at Evolution where he helped build the equities and fixed income businesses during a period of sustained growth.  During his time at Evolution Tim managed the acquisition and integration of other companies and teams in accordance with Group strategy.

Mark Perkins
President MINT New York
Mark has spent 29 years in the financial services industry and brings a wealth of knowledge from within both the banking and brokerage businesses and experience as a dealmaker. In 1995 he was appointed Managing Director of Tullett and Tokyo, New York and CEO of  the Tullett Prebon Group in 2004. In 2006 he started the New York business for a boutique Emerging Markets company, the Enlace Group, and in 2010 joined MINT as President of its newly founded New York operations.

Michael Bergman 
General Counsel
Mike has extensive corporate finance and private equity experience.  Before joining MINT, he worked for ten years at international city law firms (including Shaw Pittman LLP (Washington) and Kaye Scholer LLP (New York)).  His experience includes M&A, fund raising/private placements, IPOs, MBOs, private equity and venture capital work.

Geoff Walsh
Head of Compliance
With nearly 25 years’ experience in the City, Geoff joined MINT in June 2010 and oversees the risk and compliance functions. Immediately prior to joining MINT Geoff acted as interim head of operational risk and compliance for 5 months for Westpac Banking Corporation, London after having been an ODL Securities Limited Board director with responsibility for Compliance, Company Secretariat, HR and Client Liaison services and also sitting on the boards of ODL’s overseas subsidiaries in Japan, Canada, USA and Monaco. Geoff’s other roles include, after leaving the Serious Fraud Office as a senior accountant investigator, joining the FSA (Securities and Futures Authority) and after 5 years there he left to join Deloitte and Touche as Director of their Securities and Banking regulatory practice. Following this Geoff joined Westdeutsche Landesbank as head of central compliance and then Reuters Instinet as European Risk and Compliance Director before taking the position of Deputy Group Compliance Director at global risk managers Willis Group.

David Mills
Non-Executive Chairman
David was a banker with Lloyds and Nat West Group for 20 years from 1975 to 1995. He then took on a role as President and Group Managing Director of an Anglo-American Specialist Engineering Company. Whilst still maintaining this primary role, from 1999, David sat on the Board of many companies, representing the interests of a number of UK Banks and VCs, including 3i. Currently, David is an Executive Director of a private equity group and is Non Executive Chairman/Director of a number of private SMEs and AIM listed Companies.

Tim Clark
Non-Executive Director
Tim was senior partner of Slaughter and May, one of the leading international law firms – initially working as a corporate and M+A adviser to a range of companies and institutions and then for the last seven years as senior partner (before retiring in April 2008). Tim is senior non-executive director at Big Yellow PLC. He is also a director/trustee of the COIF charitable funds and a member of the International Chamber of Commerce UK Governing Body and the Development Committee of the National Gallery.

Anthony Bullman

Non-Executive Director
Director of Bullman Holdings Ltd, an investment company specialising in private equity investments in the UK, US and Europe. Previously a Financial Manager at Societe International de Telecommunications Aeronautiques (SITA), France.

Jamie Royston
Director & Founder
Jamie provides  extensive experience in property and an enviable track record for bringing start up concepts to fruition. Current  projects include identifying and acquiring a three-storey apartment building on Docklands and converting it into an iconic 40 storey luxury mixed used scheme.
